It's the mix that makes the difference! Our team is a colorful mix: from young to old, from career starters to experienced professionals.

DIVERSITY

Our work benefits from this mixture of different temperaments and degrees, as well as from the diverse experiences and cultural backgrounds - especially with regard to the variety of foods and dishes.

ACCEPTANCE

We also attach great importance to giving disadvantaged people the opportunity to (re)integrate into the labor market. Whether deaf or without a school-leaving qualification - what counts is motivation to work and respect for people, the environment and nature.

Our vision

All children, regardless of their background and social status, should be given a varied and healthy diet. We want to promote, disseminate and teach wholesome and sustainable nutrition for children, young people and adults in Berlin in the long term. At the same time, the intercultural, culinary exchange should continue to be expanded and cultivated.

Alle Kinder sollen unabgängig von ihrer Herkunft und ihrem sozialem Statut vielseitig und gesund ernährt werden. Wir wollen langfristig vollwertige und nachhaltige Ernährung für Kinder, Jugendliche und auch Erwachsene in Berlin fördern, verbreiten und lehren. Dabei soll der interkullturelle, kulinarische Austausch weiterhin ausgebaut und gepflegt werden.
